DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

• Most items ship within 3-5 business days
• Standard shipping: $8 (FREE on orders over $250)
• Items ship from our brand partner locations across the US
• You'll receive tracking information once your order ships

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some items ship from international locations. For these orders:

• Most items ship within 5-7 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on origin
• Customers may be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees (noted on product page details)

We recommend reviewing product page details for shipping origin before purchasing

DELIVERY 

• Domestic: 3-7 business days after shipping
• International: 5-12 business days after shipping
• Delivery times may vary by location and brand partner

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase! Here's our simple return process:

• 10-day return window from delivery date for items eligible for return
• Items must be unworn with tags attached
• Original packaging preferred but not required

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at hello@shopzero.co within 10 days
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack items securely and attach the label
4. Drop off at any post office or schedule pickup
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive items

REFUND POLICY

• Refunded to original payment method
• Return shipping fee deducted for orders under $100 
• International orders: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Please check SHIP FROM location on product details for more information
• Sale items: Store credit only
• Custom or personalized items: Not returnable
