SHIPPING

Orders at ZERO are processed as quickly as possible, though shipping times may vary depending on the brand. All relevant details can be found in the product details tab. We’ll do our best to assist you with any changes or cancellations before your order is shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@shopzero.co. Be sure to include “order update” in the subject line along with your order information and the action you need.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please double-check that your shipping address is correct and secure.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional costs. These charges will reflect the cost of the product purchased. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for unworn and unused pieces within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for return. Hosiery and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns for refund within the US will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

If the item is a gift, the recipient just needs their order number and zip code to start a return. Please email hello@shopzero.co to begin this process.
