Founded by Selena McCartney, SELENA SELENA is the culmination of two decades in the footwear industry, blending deep design expertise with a commitment to doing things differently. Selena began her career on the retail floor at Steve Madden, quickly rising to join the design team in New York. She went on to lead at Frye and Calvin Klein Footwear, later consulting for iconic names like House of Harlow, The Gap, Rachel Zoe, and Katy Perry. Over time, she became disillusioned with the industry’s focus on margins over materials. SELENA SELENA was born out of a desire to reimagine the process, prioritizing recycled materials, responsible sourcing, and timeless design.
