When sourcing materials, Studio Preta prioritizes transparency, always focusing on where the materials originates. Working with end of roll and ex designer fabric allows Studio Preta to directly combat industry waste. Once the material is sourced, it is brought to Elisa’s apartment in London’s where the hat will be assembled. Every hat is handmade by Elisa in her studio to ensure quality. The simplistic, yet classic design of this hat provides a seasonless piece, made to last years. Since this at is made-to-order, Studio Preta avoids waste by only making pieces when they are requested, rather than stocking supply in the hopes of finding demand.
